Food has been an integral part of my life since I was a child. My Sicilian background gave me the pleasure of trying and loving varied and unique foods from a young age. Now I love to cook for my friends and family and share my simple yet tasty recipes. Since Im fortunate enough to reside in one of the foodie capitals of the world, you can bet Ill also be dining out at not only the hottest restaurants, but hidden gems as well. Of course, you all will be the first to know when I find my new favorite spot!

Im a Chicago native yet I never stop exploring this fantastic and world-class city. However, any chance I get, I love jumping on a plane and heading...well...anywhere!
